Getting Into Shape By Jogging
I started a running program about three months ago. I can not believe how much fitter I am now. I must be as fit as I have ever been in my whole lift. I have gone from spending most of my time sitting on the couch watching TV to now running 4 miles several times a week. I absolutely love getting the exercise, and I now feel better and fitter than I have ever done. I am now looking at Sports Watches to help motivate me. I would like to have one by the end of next month when I start training for a half marathon. I would like to be able to track how many miles I run and measure my heartrate. You can even get some watches that will track your whole route and allow you to upload it to the internet and compare your time against other peoples.
