How Much Water Do You Need for Weight Loss?
This is a great debate that has been had many times before, but how much is too much and how much is not enough?
The simple way to solve this is by asking you a question – do you like feeling dehydrated?
Do you like the dry mouth, throat and feeling like a dry leaf that has been stepped on?
Obviously no, nobody likes that feeling, so why leave it up to chance?
I like to carry around a drink bottle with me all the time and drink water whenever I feel even the smallest bit dehydrated.
When it comes to water, because all of us have different activity levels during the day it is impossible to say, but you should be drinking at least 1 liter per day. Anything less is not really giving your body the fluid it needs, and a lot of people are in a constant state of dehydration, and they don’t even know it.
This is exactly how many ounces of water for weight loss, but just remember that everyone has different activity levels so you may require more.
